As the AIDS crisis sweeps across Tanzania, it leaves children, churches and whole villages taxed to the limit.  Gospel Herald Ministries oversees volunteers in communities across Tanzania who visit and provide aid to families suffering with HIV/AIDS.  One of the big problems in the efficacy of antiretroviral edications (ARVs) is the need that they be taken with food.  Gospel Herald Ministries has created empowerment programs whereby women can produce a nutritious food product to consume or sell to help sustain their families.  Ten percent of the product is donated back to the program for families in more dire straits.  Gospel Herald Ministries is also working on a soap making project utilizing these same principles.  Learn more about how you can help.
